AFFOGATO COFFEE SHAKE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Blender
  • 1x short glass with a round base
  • 2x L’OR Espresso Colombia capsules freshly brewed
  • 3 full scoops of vanilla bean ice cream or gelato
  • Whipped cream
  • 1x square of dark chocolate

PREPARATION

  1. Discard dirty water from your L’OR Barista coffee machine tank and fill it up with fresh tap water.
  2. Brew two L’OR Espresso Colombia capsules as espresso shots then place the coffee into your blender followed by 3 full scoops of vanilla bean ice cream or gelato. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Once the mixture has blended to a medium-thick texture, pour it into your tall glass and add some whipped cream on top.
  4. Use a grater or microplane to top up your Affogato Coffee Shake with dark chocolate shavings.
